Walk up the stairs to get to the second floor of the library and then exit through the door to get back outside. The man that was blocking the entrance is now gone, so go ahead and enter the library. The Library is located at the northwest part of Hyrule Town.
If you haven’t activated the Wind Crest in Hyrule Town, you’ll have to travel by foot to get there. For now, resize and then use the Ocarina of Wind to warp over to Hyrule Town. While you are still here, you can fuse red kinstones with this Minish, and this allows for an opening in the Western Wood. Once you speak with this Minish here at Lake Hylia, it triggers the opening of the library in Hyrule Town. The Minish inside will talk about how to enter the Temple of Droplets and mentions that the Elder Librari over at the town library once entered the Temple. Prophecies, Traitors, Code Breakers, and other story-driven plots.Once you arrive use the tree stump to shrink down to Minish size and enter the building. Cats have patterns (Tortoise-shell, tabby, spotted, pointed, black/white spots, tuxedo, etc) Other fun interactions w/ cats outside clans Kits, Apprentices, and Elders are shown in Socialize menu. Claim: Claim land to raise the amount of prey caught and clan power. Exchange items/prey for items, prey, reputation, or new recruits! Have a ceremony for a cat in your clan! You can have an Apprentice, Warrior, Name, Deputy, or Retirement ceremony. Chat, Hangout, Exile, Attack, or even Become mates and have Kits!
Fight: Fight other clans or predators! Make sure you have well-trained cats and high clan power. Train: Train your warriors and apprentices.
